CÔTE SAUVAGE – A JOURNEY INTO MATERIALS
Painting with fabrics. Emilie Paralitici, Director of Creation and Image at MÉTAPHORES, created the “Côte Sauvage” screen using the 2021 ÉLÉMENTS TERRE collection.
Inspired by coastal landscapes sculpted by wind and sea, the Côte Sauvage screen is an original creation composed of fabrics, leather and woven horsehair. Echoing the theme of the Eléments Terre collection, the precisely sheathed surfaces of the design come together to express a palette of colours and vibrant materials. This unique piece, created with the expertise and know-how of the house Cuir au Carré, is now on display in the Métaphores showroom in Paris.
